Sizing is off. I ordered a size 9 and couldn't get them on, returned and got 11. The size 11 did fit, but where tight in the thighs.. just not comfortable..no stretch to them at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The jeans looked nice but they ran way too small. I was unable to pull them up past my thighs :(

I was really excited to find such an affordable pair of capris. Once I received them the excitement went out the window...they are clearly not sized correctly. I could tell that without even trying them on. I ordered an 11 I'm guessing its a 5 or smaller...had to give them away. Oh and there's no stretch to them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
