Nice construction and quality fabric make this shirt worth getting. The size runs a little large especially in the neck. Don't plan on wearing a tie with it, it doesn't work. Overall a great office shirt, even good with a blazer but it can't be pressed into a fancy role. Considering its plaid that probably won't effect may people.
Pros: Good Construction, Quality Fabric, comfortable
Cons: Poor Fit
