Im 5,7...90kg and pretty stocky...I bought a medium size...perfect fit !...
I think the american sizing is pretty large generally with T shirts..
Here in NZ i would normally wear a Large, but these Akademiks shirts are bigger than what we are used too here in NZ...
Shirt is quality cotton (not paper thin), so i expect it will last awhile.
