Unfortunately, I initially purchased a size that was slightly too small for me. As a result, the value of this product has been significantly reduced for me as it has cost me the same amount that I paid for the shoes to send them back to the US! It was also inconvenient that I couldn't simply process a return, but had to place another order. Make sure you are confident of the size conversions so that you can avoid a similar mistake. Or go with a supplier that provides free returns as the postage to return an unsuitable product is much more expensive than I was expecting!

Pros: the goods arrived quickly and in good condition

Cons: the cost of returns is not economical

I would recommend this to a friend!
