I feel a little unfairly trreated when processing out at DrJay's, although I realise that I am an oversea's customer you should have my details because they haven't changed for years. It's ridiculous that regular and longtime user's are subjected to varify bank details in this manner, especially as you have never had any trouble with payment from my account.

The clothes are great no problem but left feeling like a thief or a frudster with no explaination from Drjays.com. Even once your system cleared the payment I still feel de-valued as if my money was no good until I prove it. So you need to improve customer service for regular longtime users of DrJays.

Pros: overall good value

I would recommend this to a friend!
